invective = hardest exotic quest?
How many people think getting invective is the hardest exotic quest? I still haven't completed it because so much depends on who is on your team. One great game and you get close. Next game you get whipped and are back where you started. Just seems hard since I am no match quitter.
Update: thanks to everyone for your replies. Didn't expect this thread to go on so much. You made this a great experiment. To all the trolls and rude/idiots/liars - y'all made this awesome and funny to read.
To the over 800 people that said thorn was harder... I'm not sure yet. Maybe if another few people say it I might believe it. Haha

It literally took two crucible games.

Invective - 1st time - a pain in the arse. - 2nd time - three matches I'm not good in the crucible and got frustrated to see the k/d spread go down and it was when the KTOs were in full swing last year. When the second time came round I was luck y in my second game and upped my k/d from 3 to 23 (my Swarm was very hungry!) Invective is very much a marmite weapon it seems, and so you may end up not actually wanting it.

Was the first exotic bounty I ever ran. PVP part took me two games. Thorn was pain.

13 RepliesInvective was hard but I knocked it out in about a week (I can't get on very often). Thorn, however has been sittin in my bounty list for almost 2 months. The PVP wasn't terrible. Hard but not miserable. But Xyor the whore.... That is another story. I read threads where people solo'd this in one or 2 tries and I can't wrap my mind around it. This one is the hardest for me so far

I'd say thorn is the toughest. Invective is just go at least 5-1 5 times. Pretty easy.

Invective is easy.....not as easy as Super Good Advice but its one of the easiest. Thorn is the hardest by far.

I've done everything except SGA. Thorn is the hardest imo. I've gotten invective twice now.

Second easiest bounty. SGA is easiest. Did crumble part in 2 matches

I've done every exotic bounty, minus SGA, and Invective is by far the easiest, least time consuming bounty. The hardest part is spending the 12k glimmer on all the special synth.

2 RepliesSeriously? Invective is without a doubt the easiest bounty to complete. If I remember correctly don't you have to completely a nightfall or weekly, then 5 strikes without dying, then spend glimmer?

Yeah invective is a cakewalk compared to thorn's Pvp element. Just keep in mind with invective's pvp part assists count toward you k/d. As long as you're cautious, you'll knock it out in no time.

I had invectives bounty done ( other then buying special ammo syn part cause I had no glimmer) about 5 days before thorn bounty was done. Not nearly as hard

Hell no. Invective is easy. Thorn is harder, maybe not hardest though. Did it as a hunter and it took weeks to get a void weapon.

The hardest part was having enough money for upgrades and the 50 green ammo synths. Good thing I had 40 already. I think I got the crucible part done in two games. I got lucky though, I got shores of time back to back. That's my map. I had two 24+ kills and single digit death games. Good luck man, I feel your pain on getting bad teams.

I'm God awful at the crucible. Thorn took me longest, and i'd say it's the hardest for people like me because of the crucible part.

If your not good in PvP, Thorn is the hardest IMO.

Imagine having to do essentially the same thing in the Crucible, but only kills with void damage count for you whereas all deaths count against you. edit: Oh yeah, and I forgot about Xyor - Thorn bounty is way, way harder than any of the others - but totally worth it.
