Some may find this silly but it is susposed to be a Multi-tool. It should have the "Shoot Loot" perk. If anyone is unfamilliar. If you see an ammo drop of any type if you aim and shoot at it you will pick it up. Pinned down by a horde of enemies but you see the heavy ammo purple drop accross the room. Shoot it and pick it up. Now I don't want to replace a good perk with an oddball one so I think it should be built in like "no backpack" is on Ice Breaker. And if there are other things you want on Multi-tool feel free to add.
