The flood are spreading
I was walking home from school with my friends, all a glow with christmas spirit, when 20 infection forms dashed around the corner in front of us. We tried to run, hoping that jumping over the creek would save us from this madness. My friend Morris tried to clear the icy waters, but slipped and fell. I watched as the flood devoured him mercilessly. I have just arrived home now, and as I sit, huddled in a dark basement room, telling you this, I can hear the screams of my neighbors meeting the same fate. Beware, the flood are coming!!! And on christmas Eve, when you see santas sleigh floating across the sky, stay away!!!! Gravemind is just using it to spread the flood, like in amber clad.
Well in order to make some changes here, I've re-opened membership to all who wish to join. Feel free to pm me for some tips and a synopsis, and have fun! Ohh yes, the general rules still apply.
1. No covenant
2. The Flood are not in the Ark, and likely will not be
3. Control your own character, and refrain from making him a Spartan

POST HALIFAX. I cant wait for weeks for you to post halifax, if you dont continue our story line, I will have to quit the story. people, where are the original people who posted here, where is nighstalker, kingcream, steelbulletproof? where did everybody go? this thread used to be gaining 10 pages per day. now its 1 page every 10 days! POST!!!!!! This story was good, now its more spam than story.

ArchDuke heard some one calling. thsts Morris! he said to king. He ran oof just in time to see a setinal hovering over him. He blasted it with his smg and ran over to morris.

Morris kept on waiting. His leg was badly injured and he needed help. The sun was setting and it was beggining to get dark. Suddenly he noticed something. A sentinel. It could have been watching him the entire time, he only now noticed it because of its light. Abruptly the sentinel retreated, as if it had noticed him staring at it. "I need assistance, asap."

ArchDuke stood up, brushing the scraps of the S. Major off his uniform. He looked around just in time to see Kingkreame shake off his floor bots and stand up. Sir, said ArchDuke, we have to get back to the Alamo. There is a pod in the center of this building. Lets find it. Oh, and at least I didnt abandon this forum. Im so lonly.

King wakes up and blearily notices a chain of sentinels dragging him through a dark passage on the side of the corridor. He sees Night, Smalls, Monkey, Morris, and Arch ruthlessly attacking the remaining bots in the battle far behind. "Guys, I could use a hand down here!" A sentinel beams a ray of fire on his leg, and he curses out in pain. Flipping a knife from the sole of his shoe, King kicks upwards in a scissor-like motion and launches the blade into a sentinel, pulling back. He reaches blindly and finds the core of the bots dragging him from behind, and clutches them madly as he flips himself over the bots and smashes them into the wall.

[/quote] Nah, the last time we made a big deal out of someone (Yes Name) the thread got locked. It got unlocked later on but I would rather not worry about it. If they are a constant problem, then we can deal with them. But no matter how hard you or I try, people will always come in here and say something stupid.

ArchDuke franticly blasted setinals, gave up, and ran backwards. A lasor played across his back, searing pain riding across his body. He tripped and fell, kicking away buzz bots. Suddenly, a massive explosion shook the room. The setinals and buzz bots retreated into wall slots, and laser turrets poped back into their hatches. What..happened? ArchDuke asked Night.

night figures that if the morons could have got there by now they would have he primes grenades and tosses them into swarms of sentinels. the explosives he saves for when he needs a big boom

(Ok, I have to get re-oriented. I suggest that everyone post where they are and what they are doing, or what is happening. Shishka clone, Halifax, Zuranamee, and Locks are flying around trying to find people.)

Morris started running. The gunfire and screams on his radio got louder and more frantic until it cut to static. "Oh crap." He started sprinting and every few seconds a sentinel would appear from some the building and start shooting at him but they died too easy. He ran harder and harder, but the building was huge, and he couldn't find a door. Suddenly he felt a searing pain in his left leg and dropped into a roll. He came up and shot the sentinel bastard who had shot him. He dragged himself against the building and sat down. He took out his radio and called the ship, "This is Morris, and we're in it deep over here. Requesting a lift to another door, or if not I'm gonna need you to make one for me." Then he hid as best he could in the grass, and waited.

(sorry if it was off topic but my internet hadnt been working for a few days and i needed to explain why i didn't make it into the building with everyone else, and i didnt want to make some big story thing about it)

Monkey turned and popped a sentinel right in the eye as another flew right at his back, attempting to put him out just as one had done to king. He ducked and the sentinel flew over his head and hit the wall. Monkey then kicked it in the eye, shattering it and putting it out of action. What seemed like hudreds of floor robots rushed him, falling under the hail of bullets put out from Monkey's assault rifle and pistol. But eventually he was overwhelmed and was covered in the little robots and fell unconcious after the bite of dozens of tiny needles puncturing his skin and injecting the very serum that had put king out of commision.
