Hey everyone. So far in destiny, I have only acquired one piece of legendary gear (Robe of No Tomorrow from crucible rewards). I am currently saving up my Crucible marks for a legendary weapon, but have a question about the reputation. I am much closer to hitting rank 3 in terms of crucible reputation. However, I remember reading that after every level up past New Monarchy rank 3 (correct me if I am wrong), you will get a legendary item/weapon from the postmaster. If I am looking for the fastest path to my first legendary gun, should I just stick with leveling up crucible reputation or aim to power level New Monarchy to guarantee myself consistent legendaries?
