Don't really care what some random guy that works there says either the fact is they literally can't prove it not to be a network error vs intentional as it does happen. To try and prove it was intentional in terms of a court the court will side with the buyer as there'd be no evidence otherwise and look at it this way. Literally no one would have found this glitch if someone didn't get dropped to begin with. The fact we know about it means it was a reoccurring thing for at least one group to isolate the conditions. And speaking as someone whose net notoriously goes out at terrible times yes it is more frequent than you'd imagine. And if I got banned for my net dying Id sure as hell sue as its theft to ban someone whose broke no rules especially with no evidence.
