I know how to fix this gun and make everyone happy. Let us break it down for 3 exotic shards or 10 strange coins and go back to the edging drawing board because there is no perk/buff within reason they could add to make this in any way useful for any in game situation other than patrol kills.

This gun actually has some pretty nice range. It's not impossible to fix. All they need is the faster bolt and more reserve ammo. Then this beast would be almost OP.
