Legendary Engram Farming?
Anyone know where the best place to farm engrams at is? I'm trying to get red death but I'm sick and tired of running the Roc strikes and just wanna try something different for a bit.

I would have agreed that roc strikes are a good place but I just did the exotic bounty involving 25 strikes, I didn't get 1 legendary drop.

I got my Red Death from atheon.. but yeah I'm with the masses here, Roc strikes are your best bet.

1 ReplyBest way to egram farm is vangaurd roc or you can gi sit at a cave for 4 to 5 hours for one. Loot caves are boring and a waste of time

1 ReplyFarming engrams has already been proven to be an ineficient way to get legendary engrams. Just try and find people to help you through the weekly and Nightfall, and do the daily every day.

ROC strikes seem to be the best since it's probably the fastest way to level up cryptarch. I grinded them for about a week and ended up with legendary gear/weapons coming out of my ears.

Raids, weeklies, and strikes have given me my best results. Another technique is to just go around rocketyard in the cosmodrome and kill mobs in a circle pattern while using a few glimmer consumables. Has got my friend a couple of legendary engrams.

i've only gotten two engram drops, and i've had about 10 weapon engrams as rewards. Only 2 have turned into any kind of weapon. They all turned into shards or energy or motes. Engram farming is a waste of time.

There is no good way to farm for legendary engrams. RNGesus has forsaken us all.

2 RepliesThe first mission on Mars, just let the last guy kill you. My favourite is the Mars mission where you go to the underground train station - don't shoot out the last 3 gates and you will have an endless supply of low level vex. If too many then drop a gate. If not enough leave an earlier on open. Quickest way I've found for the "kill three enemy with a single super 20 times bounty"
