Destiny Custom Weapons - Fan Artists Welcome!

Hey everyone, You won't know this but I'm a graphic designer and 3d modelller. I wondered if you'd all be interested in trying something fun? [b]If you have weapon ideas, post them here with a sketch or without and I'll pick one a week to model and render out.[/b] You could use this format if you want to, I've left out things like Stability and Impact but feel free to embellish it and make it your own, along with names of sights it uses, materials needed to upgrade etc... [b]Weapon Tier: Exotic/Legendary/Rare/Common/Uncommon (Or make up your own!) Damage type: Arc/Solar/Void (Or make up your own!) Weapon Name: Weapon Type: Tagline: Major Perk 1: Major Perk 2: First Tier perk (If applicable) e.g. "This weapon can be equipped in the primary slot" or "This weapon can be fired in full auto mode"[/b] Here's an example from me: Weapon Tier: Legendary Damage type: Kinetic Weapon Name: Last Horse On The Sand Weapon Type: Auto-Rifle Tagline: "Without a rider, he still found his way home" Major Perk 1: Precision kills with this weapon grant bonus reserve ammo to you and those of your fireteam Major Perk 2: This weapon has increased stability Options: Perfect Balance/ Oversized Rounds/ Field Scout First Tier perk: N/A Looking forward to seeing your ideas!

    • Thankyou for all your additions fellas and gals! I haven't been able to commit time to making the models, but keep your ideas coming. In some great sense, there are amazing ideas in here that wouldn't have happened had I not encouraged it based on them being modelled. I hope to come back to this at some point. I have been working on my own concept art and work for the 7CX Bungie community, so haven't had much spare time.

First Tier perk: Tri-Elemental - This weapon can be switched between Void, Arc and Solar damage. Rate Of Fire: 80/100 Impact: 50/100 Range: 60/100 Stability: 70/100 Reload: 50/100 Magazine: 36 Weapon has a 2% chance of dropping from the Dreadnought Raid on Hard mode.         Well i could just gice you exotics but you know what... Ima give you a full suggestion for a picture [quote]the following ideas will be made off of different characters i have come up with in the destiny universe. I will apply a short (hopefully) little blurb about why they are famous too so you can grab a more first person veiw at their legend[/quote] [b]Fae Alevon[/b] [b]deaths shadow[/b] Fae Alevon was a hunter whos survival skill reached the impossible. On three seperate ocasions, he had even shown up to his own funeral after being presumed dead half a year after his last contact. (which in these days was godly due to the power of weaponry at the time) However, one day, Fae's... Dark secret was descovered. After a young warlock studied a steay scrap of Fae's cloack, he descovered it was woven of dark fabric. An evil material that fused a guardian's power with dark energy. With no substantial knowlege of the darkness at the time, the city treated the substance as a plague, Exiling Fae to the cosmodrome. Some hunters claim to still see Fae roaming the wilds in the darkest hours of night. [b]looks[/b] A male hunter wearing... [b]head[/b] gas mask, [b]chest[/b] spinmetal and thrallskin armor fitted with air filters and tubes on a breast plate which connect to the gas mask (similar to rustburner style) [b]arms[/b] thrallskin sleeves with spinmetal plates on the forearms and biseps. Robotic mechenisms overlay the synthetic gloves. A knife sheath is located on the inside of one forearm and the outside of another [b]legs[/b] course, grey, cargo pants like leggings complete with spinmetal shinguards, knee pads, and boot covers [b]misc[/b] a white scarf is wrapped around his neck and covers the bottom half of his mask (exempt where the tubes connect) allowing only for his reflective goggles to be exposed [b]cloak[/b] a black, torn up cloak with a long pointed hood. Curved spikes rise from behind his shoulders with darkness rising from him like trails of smoke. A golden, laughing skull with a jester hat is printed on the back of the cloak with the hunter symbol printed on the hat trim. The cloak is long with broad shoulders and a gold trim. [b]notes:[/b] thrall skin is like aligator skin and spinmetal is like iron [b]referances[/b] rustburner chest - cold mantise gloves - legendary crucible legs - those green masks with the bandana on them. [b]gear[/b] [b]The exocutioner[/b] Short barreled lever action rifle made of cherry stained wood and gold wild west embroidery. On the side of the gun is the image of a horce rearing in front of a hungry wolf. (All metal parts of the gun are gold). Also has a black sling strap [b]perk[/b] fireing increase fire rate, critical kills add a bullet to the magizine (in the stock. Not visible by exterior) [b]The 1, 2, freight train[/b] A double barreled shotgun made of Oak wood and steel. Nothing too visually special otherwise (does have his initials in gold on the side) [b]perk[/b] moves small and medium targets back, large, immoveable targets tske bonus damage instead [b]Long arm Jones[/b] an unrealisticly large single shot high caliber pistol resembling a pearl handeled revolver finished with a polished chome body and actual iron sights. Has its name imprinted in the barrel. [b]perk first and last shot do bonus damage. Precision kills increase reload speed[/b] [b]Night Mayor[/b] a Gold sparrow with black arms a jet stream of darkness [b]perk[/b] pressing the break button wile boosting instead emits blades of darkness on either side of the sparrow, dealing massive damage to enemies while also boosting speed for a time. [b]Sally and Suzy[/b] two twin daggers long, thin polished blades branded with their names. The daggers have chrome cross guards, gold leather grips, and swirly spike pommels. Each dagger is roughly the length of your forearm, this is where he keeps them. [b]heres the full scene[/b] [quote]here is a full scene if you would like a full picture[/quote] Have him standing at the back end of a beached ship at dark. A storm is brewing, causing waves to crash upon him as he fights a surrounding horde of dregs He is high kicking a melee dreg into the seaon his left as he lines up a shot with his pistol on a vandel that is scaleing the front side of the rusty shipwreck moreso in his right. His free hand (left) holds a dagger aka. Suzy. His other dagger aka. Sally is currently sticking out of a the eye of a shrapnel launcher captain (farthest left). In the distance, you the shrouded wreckages of other ships being battered by the storm. A shank can be seen sneaking up from the current flank of the very most right. Part of his exterior plating has been shot off by the smoking rifle slung across fae's back. His shot gun hanging off another sling across his chest. The sky is clouded and dark, however the moon still illuminates the clouds. Revealing its general location. Cosmodrome rockets can be seen in the very most back behind a distant cliff. Two of the rockets lean on each other, off their stands. On the floor, human remains lie scattered and sometimes brocken from either stepping in them, or blaster fire in the time of the collaps.         • I'm not on the forums very much so I don't know if this was an idea someone already came up with but I always thought this would be an awesome launcher that would be similar to Ghorn so there was slight diversity in exotic heavy preference for bosses. [b]Weapon Name: Dying Breath[/b] Weapon Tier: Exotic. Damage type: Void. Weapon Type: Rocket Launcher. Tagline: "A thousand whispers speak and all I hear is screams." [b]>>Stats: 1-10 scale<<[/b] RoF: 1 Blast Radius: 9 Velocity: 5 Stability: 7 Reload: 7 Magazine: 1 [b]>>Perks<<[/b] Option 1: Soft Launch, Hard Launch, Warhead Verniers. Major Perk 1: Tracking. Option 2: Heavy Payload, Javelin, Flared Magwell. Major Perk 2: Shrieker Death Blasts On Impact. Hidden perk: Grenades & Horseshoes & Ammo Regen (1 every 10 minutes.) The frame would be similar in proportion to truth being big in the front but as the shape of a shrieker slightly open with purple void energy glowing between the cracks with similar shrieker like design going back on the stem. The reloading animation would look like the gun charging up and glowing brighter and opening up slightly similar to how a shrieker does.

              Exotic Sniper Name: The Anchor "Let the light be heavy on your victims"- Erriot-18 (My hunter's name) Stats similar to Praedyth's revenge, just a little more range. 3 bullets in the magazine, 6 with field scout. Void Element 1st Line of perks: Longview SLR20 Ambush SLH25 Sightsys SLS20 1st perk: Firefly 2nd Line of perks: Field Scout Explosive Rounds High Caliber Rounds Exotic Perk: Enemies killed by headshots with this wepon leave a Void anchor slowing down enemies that walk by. (the anchors lasts for 10 seconds) Hidden perk: Hidden Hand Grimoire Card "As we make new discoveries on golden age weapons, we made our own. Me and my fireteam designed a weapon based on many golden age schematics.We created a wepon capable of being heavy on the darkness."-Erriot-18 to Cayde-6 Edit 1: The void anchor is like the shadowshot, just with less range and potency. Also added the weapon drawing. I based it loosely on the barret .50 cal, my favorite IRL sniper.

            • Hello, Here is my idea for a Weapon. Weapon Tier:Exotic Damage type:Solar Weapon Name: Fate Of The Grimm Weapon Type:Fusion Rifle Tagline: My enemies are reborn in the fire as my Allies and they will Fall in Fire. It is a Grimm Fate. Grimm Fate!: Enemies killed by this weapon burst into fire, surrounding enemies hit by the blast are healed to full health, and turn into your allies for 4 seconds. Enemies that are now your allies burn losing 25% of there life per second. Army Of One: Unassisted kills with this weapon reduce grenade and melee cooldown. Options:Enhanced Battery/Perfect Balance/Grave Robber. A few side notes. You can only have 2 Allies under your control any other enemies hit by fire blast and it works like a dumbed down version of Firefly. How it works in PVP: Allies within range of the blast Heal for 5% of the amount of Hp they have missing. Enemies hit by the blast burn for 4 seconds losing 1.2 Hp per second. Thank you for reading.

                Weapon Tier: exotic Damage type: kinetic Weapon name: The Last wolf Weapon type: hand cannon Tag line: The last wolf is the The alpha, the omega, and the lone wolf Major perk 1: Alpha's rage: If you have taken significant damage, the next shot you land will deal critical damage Major perk 2: Omega's ascension: each critical shot successfully landed in a row adds 10% bonus damage to the Last Wolf Options: field scout/explosive rounds/auto fire Grimoire: after the collapse, the fallen hunted wolves for sport, and seemingly wiped them out. But now a wolf has risen to exact vengeance upon the fallen, and teach them to fear the Alpha, the Omega, The Last Wolf.
