I would be OK with random drop trading within raid fireteams and potential regulations associated with that. But about the engrams, you technically traded for the engrams in the first place (yes, buying something is a form of trading for those who didn't know). Since both trades were of equal amount for the engrams, that would be an equal trade (i.e. titan armor for hunter armor). I do agree that you're gambling when you buy engrams, though.
