If you're using explosive rounds, you're using it wrong. At least, that's my opinion.

Explosive rounds was buffed recently so now it does about 1 more DMg with precision hits and almost double with body shots. It is definitely the best option

I prefer more rounds and firefly proc'ing every time. Still don't like explosive, but to each their own.
