Am I supposed to be losing HEAVY AMMO???
I usually keep armor on that allows me to carry extra heavy ammo, whenever I spawn I have less ammo than before. This can be after death or even starting from orbit. Is this normal or a glitch?

I see this too. Sometimes it's all gone, sometimes part of it, and every now and then I've still got it all.

3 RepliesIf you were playing in the crucible losing heavy ammo after dying is normal... If you weren't playing crucible it's probably a glitch

Yes you will lose heavy ammo every time you die. Even if you have armor that has the "carry more heavy ammo" perk. With that perk you don't lose it as fast. With the new special weapons such as murmur or anything has come out with dark below, you lose that ammo as well. But it doesn't affect your original special weapons.

If you have armor that's giving you extra heavy ammo then it's normal. Just for whatever reason that's how they wanted it. So if you wear armor that doesn't give you extra heavy then you won't lose it when you die.
