You cannot implement trading between characters. The second you do, this becomes like any MMORPG and 100,000 chinese people invade the servers with bots to farm for exotics which they will sell on any random website for $1 each. And people will pay. They always do. If Bungie ever allows trading between characters, this game is finished.
