Super Good Advice + Ruin Wings = Heavy as almost a pure primary?
Has anyone tried this? I got the Ruin Wings from engram and have had S.G.A. in the vault.
I ask before I level up S.G.A.

2 RepliesI have found ruin wings to be hit and miss. And as a cruel insult sometimes all the mobs drop is greens until it looks like grass... I run icebreaker on that class

The only way I've found the weapon to be of consistent usefulness is to fire it like a sad, bootleg scout rifle. It's not a bad weapon, but it's simply not worth sacrificing your exotic/heavy slot for AT ALL outside of oracles. There are many better options. I'd take Jolder's Hammer, Thunderlord, Against All Odds, or Deviant Gravity any day over SGA.

3 RepliesThe super good advice upgrade only kicks in if you miss a shot. Ammo will still be consumed if you hit them.
