I was like 102 or something but I had a high total level. Never finished getting a skill cape though lol

damn, i always thought most 100s+ had at least one skill they got to 99 for $ lol

Yeah, I have ADHD (I really do) so I ended up with a super high total for quests and ease of access. I didn't have the patience but I was above 80 on many money making skills (fletching, wcing, mining, fishing)
