Does give him a advantage for sure having played shooters on PC. But if he's not glitching, lag switching or illegally modded his consoles, I wouldn't class what he's doing as cheating.
He's definitely a petty scrub for banning you thou.

he is modding, that's the only way he could've made the KBM to work with Destiny.
-
Lol google dude. They have been selling keyboard/mice adapters for consoles for years. Had one on my ps2
-
Microsoft/Sony haven't. "they"'ve been selling modchips for decades, so modchips aren't modding either, amirite?
-
Lol why would they spend money on something someone else is selling? Or spend the actual money to make it native support? Everyone needs to grow up and think in terms of money and not fairness. That's how the real world works unfortunately.
-
That is the wrong reasoning. Their ethics are up to them, but as far as third party peripherals go, there is a gray area that I haven't seen any corporation explore to control. Technically, I'm sure they can make a case to stop these controls if they don't have the license to produce items for their products. But it still doesn't make it okay. I guess turbo controllers are legitimate?
-
Yup. I had an Eagle Eye adapter for my PS3.
-
and? doesn't mean you can use it on Destiny. You can use it with your console but not the game. To do that you'll need to bypass code. And I don't understand this you can buy it bullshit, athletes can buy steroids, heck they have easy access to it, does it make it right?
-
You don't need to bypass code. All the adapter does is coordinate keyboard and mouse keys to a PS controllers buttons. The system itself doesn't even know the difference.
