vanguard message not showing up
I upgraded to vanguard rank 2 and my message did not show up. when i upgraded i got just enough reputation to get to level 2, so i did a vanguard rock but it still did not show up.

No packages until rank three keep going and do your daily bounties and turn them all in together

Postmaster packages for faction rank ups begin at rank 3.
