VoC vs 331 Scout VoC does more damage
In my case, the 331 scout is Gheleon's Demise. My results are. 890 VoC vs 815 Gheleon's Demise. The first came on the Will of Crota lvl 26 strike and the second test had the same results on today's daily The Wakening at lvl 30. This was tested on the Fallen and the Hive. Results stayed the same for both: I seen a video on YouTube showing Another NiTC doing more damage than VoC so I can't wrap my head around this. Maybe it's the liquor not allowing me to focus. Demise has more impact than VoC and higher attack. Can anyone confirm this with their VoC and another 331 scout? Thanks.
Edit: these were headshots on the targets.
Edit: thanks to reefkeeper135, I will test the damage without explosive rounds on my Demise but by the looks of it, he is right. Will confirm tomorrow.

1 ReplyUse the satrine raiper with firely, replaced my old a1, it has armour piercing aswell but dont use that use the extra range perk, if only it had extra ammo capacity like my a1, awesome gun

I have an older 300 Gheleon's Demise and a trusty VOC. Maybe it's the perks with Firefly but in ROC strikes it does 1021 crit hits vs VOC which is usually 800+

Explosive rounds lower your overall precision damage... Also im pretty sure that gun also has more impact, i do not know of that will effect your results, but the explosive rounds will

4 RepliesEdited by Reefkeeper135: 1/1/2015 12:34:54 AMLooking at the perks on Gheleon you have "explosive rounds" checked. If you did your test with this configuration your results would make sense. This is because explosive rounds "spread" the damage out over the entire blast area. If Iam right try your test again but choose a different perk, then post your results.

Edited by SGT 12XU: 1/1/2015 3:43:52 AMI find that hard to believe. Edit: You tested GD with explosive rounds. That's why the crits are lower. Change that and it will be higher than VOC.
