What is the name of this exotic sniper rifle?
Hi,
A while ago I inspected a player and saw they had a sniper that automatically regenerated bullets so the player could camp in one spot and never worry about ammo. Does anyone know the name of this sniper. If you do how do I obtain it? Do I need to play the VOG or exotic bounty or Xur?
