Revised: Those who cheese Crota have ZERO skill
It's becoming harder and harder to find a decent group with MODERATE skill to beat Crota without cheesing. The common response: "It's easier", "It's faster", "We have a two level 30s"...WTF Is wrong with you?
I challenge you(Do you guys even LIKE a challenge???) that I will beat crota with two level 30s and myself carrying the sword...With ANY of my characters as 31, I wont even use my level 32 hunter, BEFORE you can cheese him..

If, you have Crota special or heavy weapon during the Hard raid once its released, and you DONT know what is going on, you will be booted you pathetic scrubs...

1 ReplyResponse to you. Not everyone has skill. Cheesing found allows those without skill to see the full inside of a raid themselves. All that you lose is mechanics. To many, this is not a problem. Some people have lives. But they really enjoy playing and want te high tier loot to look cool and be able to enjoy strikes and nightfalls easier. I feel that for a majority, cheesing is acceptable. To me it's in the same category for some people who do 3 of one class. Some don't get a lot if time to play. So playing 3 of a class to better/quicker gear yourself is acceptable. If you triple class to speed first to 32, you are a sad person cause honestly, who would you celebrate with? Your mom? Your clanmates? Gratz on your short lives achievement that .001% of the gaming community actually cares about. Anyways, a little off topic there. Most put triple classes in the same category of pathetic ness as cheesing raid. Well like I said, people in the real world don't have a ton of time to olay, and want to experience it too. So I feel that you should stop bashing everyone for how they choose to play. Once the raid is fixed, then what? They will find out they can't do it and have to learn how to do for real. Don't be a douchebag and gloat how they can't. It's a negative for ten and you just prove you are a worse person then they are. Leave cheesing players alone and let them play. It's their choice, not yours. (Yes I have done legit and have cheesed) I am not afraid to admit it. But I know I can do legit and that's all I care. If the group does it legit or cheese it doesn't matter. I get my loot and it's often less hassle. So again. Don't e an asshole. Let people play their way.

9 RepliesAgree it doesn't take skill to cheese Crota, it takes none at all, but people don't cheese him trying to prove they have skill, their motivation for cheesing him is how jacked up Bungie sets up the raids. Both raids have glitches that make them more difficult, but when Bungie patches hell no they don't fix the jacked up glitches, they only eliminate the ones that made it easier which were helping negate the ones that made it harder. RNG - ' nough said. Death singer drops NOTHING. Basically both raids are glitch ridden POS so who cares about skill, everybody just wants to blow through them as fast as possible because Bungie has made this game a slow painful grind. Nobody cares about skill, only getting the next bounty, next mat, or next loot drop.

I've done it legit 10x and cheese twice. I think I should just cheese him every time now because he is already easy enough at least for my group, so when hard raid comes we will crush him if it gets patched anyways.

I was in a group of 4 that I found on destinylfg.com along with one of my friends, we legit beat the entire raid twice in about an hour an a half. doing it legit is so much easier than chessing the whole thing. as long as you have a group that knows what they are doing, and can communicate clearly, then you should have no problem getting through the CE legit.

I beat crotas end three times in 2 hours me being the sword bearer every time. NOT CHEESING IT. Let the dorks have their day and then when hard mode comes out let them make a new ocean woth tears. Dont waste your time acting better, dont waste your time taunting them. Just let me cry them selves to sleep because of a patch. Giving these asshats any form of attention is just what they want. Its why i refrain from posting on 90% of the posts i read, plus you bump their thread making it more visible. Also get off your high horse.
