I dip but it has to be earned. If I see someone kill themselves in an embarrassing fashion then they deserve a dip or two, even if they're on my team! If I find myself in a running battle with one particular player then I'll give him the bags if I get the upper hand. But I expect the same in return if they best me. What I hate is people baggin' when it has nothing to do with them. Or when your team quits and leaves you outnumbered. I've been in games 6v1 and the other team teabags. You didn't earn it you damn fools! It is however a good tactic to throw your opponents off their game. Some people get so upset they forget the objective. Its not a clean tactic and not one I personally like to employ, but it is a legitimate strategy.
