Did the same thing to me and when I tried to buy items i lost all but 1 coin! I had 13! And tried to claim to items it said he was giving away free, took 20$ from psn acount, didn't give them to me, then I realized my raid sniper and machine gun where missing uprgrades!

Also: all Vault of Glass weapons have pre-Dark Below stats, no matter when they're obtained. They will not upgrade, nor will they drop with higher attack values.
