Just finished it last night. Wasn't quite as bad as I was expecting. For the void kills, use Voidwalker with as many void weapons as you can. Important tips: - It's better to get a kill and then die than to just die. If you're surrounded, get at least one kill as fast as possible and do everything you can to survive - Play conservatively. Stay near teammates, hang back, don't rush in. I used a void sniper for this part of the bounty so this was especially easy for me. - Don't get frustrated when you die. Anger is really your worst enemy here. Stay calm, cool, and collected and this part of the bounty should be a nice memory to think back on when you get Thorn. - Getting a kill with a non void weapon is better than getting killed trying to switch to or reload your void weapons. - If you're using Voidwalker (which you really should) use your grenades as often as you can, and save your supers for multikills. They, and your melee, all count towards the 500 points. For Xyor, all I can say is bring a good, communicative team. I managed to do it with just one other 30, but it wasn't exactly easy. Bring solar and arc damage (Murmur is very useful for this if you have it) for the Wizards and Knights. Just use traditional summoning pits tactics and you should be fine, but focus on simply surviving and killing adds when you get to Phogoth. And for God's sake, don't use the shrieker room. It spawns extra adds (seems to be 2-3 wizards and 3-4 knights) that you have to kill before the next dropship comes in. Xyor herself is incredibly easy to kill, and once you do you can just leave the strike, but you can easily kill phogoth because no more adds will spawn after the third dropship. Hope this helps, it's definitely worth the effort.

Use voidwalker, Atheons epilogue, a void shorty and truth. Basically ever kill you get will help you progress.

It's really not that bad. I need to get back to finishing my thorn bounty, I am at the crucible part now. Surprisingly it's not that hard. I need to start working on the thorn and bad juju bounties to get then out of my inventory

As long as you have a good void shotgun and heavy the bounty should be very easy. Just make sure to stick to rumble when your doing the bounty though, running through there with a shotgun and enough effort should net you a good amount of points.

The Void crucible part sucks. My suggestion is this. Get a void fusion with a quick charge if possible and use it like a primary. I got one from a rng drop. Second and this is a big help. Buy void machine gun and aim for the head with it. As for play style. hang back and at choke points, and don't go running through the center of maps willy nilly. Know where the heavy ammo is because that helps. with a machine gun you can get long killing sprees which do great help. Assists count too but you lose points for dieing so don't die. That's why you hang back. ALWAYS use you void weapon unless you just have to go primary to stay alive but even then i stuck with the void fusion cause you can get postmortem kills. With the machine gun look for those choke points. Like on Shores of Time, you can stand at the bottom of the stairs beween B and C and shoot anyone that comes through that cave/tunnel/doorway across while also popping a head in on B and taking people out. Maps like Rusted lands. Guarding the A flag is great for all kinds of weapons because that room is a kill box. YOu'll likely see them enter before they see you. Also shooting from B flag to A flag as people run down that hill is good for machine guns. If you're grenades shoot void light like a Titan's use that because i'm pretty sure it counts plus you'll get a bunch of assists simply by throwing it onto a control point if others do the killing. With a void fusion, or even a shotgun on some maps like watch you're radar and pop up around corners. I'm not saying camp in a corner but rather, when you spot someone on the radar, be firing when they round the corner so you're exposed the shortest amount of time. I preferred Control because people don't typically spawn behind you and you can predict where people will go. And again you could just launch void grenades at people on the flag and get splash damage, assists, and kills. One exceptional game can get you to 45 or 50. For me it took like 2 .5 -3 hours total to complete. And mind you i abandoned the the thorn bounty before because after 4 games i was back down to zero. Granted i was bad at pvp. Good luck. I'm a PVP demigod. But I'd recommend rumble. Easier to win 1v1 than if you see two people. Also lower your sensitivity a bit, shotgun or snipes with void, and obviously a heavy machine gun if possible.. But truth works really well too. GL guardian.

This bounty is WAY easier with a voidwalker lock. Trying to rack up void kills with Atheons epilogue will make you want to tear your eyeballs out.

He comes on the third minuon wave. Get phogoth to 10 percent then wait for ship.

I did it in 2 hours. Use a comedian and the corrective measure. If you got heavy ammo you can easily get kills

i did it with a void fusion rifle on rumble pit... and i am a PVE player took me about 2 hours thought it was relatively easy. the summoning pits i had a friend join in both lvl 31 and didnt have much trouble at all with it...if your on 360 i will help you my gamer tag is the same as on here send me an add and ill add you next time im on

I did the whole bounty in about 8hrs, its not bad of you grind it out. I would suggest taking some help when you go to kill Xyr though.

I did my first 300 points with a void fusion and machine gun heavy on my voidlock in about two weeks (I suck at PvP). After that, I ran VoG for my first time, and Atheon's Epilogue dropped for me. Finished the last 200 in about an hour. Just waiting for my workweek to end, and my friends to be online, so I can finish this thing off.

It's a pain in the ass it's pretty much phogoth on nightfall mode. It's worth it though

I am at the Crucible portion, but lack a decent selection of Void weapons. I have "Two to the Morgue" shotty which I JUST got, and a rocket launcher.

I did the xyor part by myself, ran out and killed stuff until the drop ships came and ran back in the room with the shrieker rinse and repeat until xyor came, I got dragons breath launcher from nightfall the other night 2 shot xyor bounty complete. Lol.

Just finished the crucible part today. Void sniper void heavy and void walker went from 100 of 500 points to complete in under ten matches. Only went negative once though.

I'm rather crap at pvp but managed to get it done in a day. Fusion rifle and machine gun Managed to kill the witch first time as well Good luck
