I think they should implement a system where you can GIVE away one item to a person on your friends list that meet certain criteria. Like if you have played over 1000 matches together, or have over 1000 hours of gameplay together. Obviously that person is a friend or vital to your team, and you should be able to do a ONE TIME swap of gear/weapons.
