Faction shaders you can't level a faction that fast for them to drop and I just found out about faction ships

Not really what I'm talking about. Faction shaders have nothing to do with addressing legacy progress. They are sometimes randomly awarded to players who play a lot with a class item on. Not really accomplishment based at all
