Yeah, throw No Land Beyond as number one. Slow reload on single bullet and mag clip, Bad impact in PVP and it really does nothing special. It's just an ordinary sniper rifle that's put into the primary slot, which can hinder you in fast-paced situations if you're not a good shot.
