(This is from an xbox players opinion and also, my opinion) I believe that fate bringer is the best.
1) it doesn't take up an exotic slot so you can use things like Gjallarhorn or any other preferred special weapon/heavy weapon exotic.
2) I think it trumps Thorn because of it's better clip size and also believe it's a lot better PvP weapon. (This goes for the Last Word as well)
3) the explosion it causes is unreal and it's extremely powerful in the CE and even VoG.
4) for a hand cannon, its reload is very nice and is made even better by its high clip size

Fatebringer is dated unfortunately.

A 10% damage difference doesn't justify going with a lesser option, unless you're an idiot of course...and believe me, I've talked to many.

Even if it is just 10%, (not sure if it is), this amount of damage is frequently the difference between killing an enemy and having to use another round. And as far as anything else being a lesser option, that is purely opinion and personal preference. And I'd thank not to refer someone as an idiot, just for their preferences.

300=100%. 10%=30 Large magazine size, half a second reload speed, arc damage, firefly, explosive rounds, high impact, legendary. Doesn't get any better than that.

Too bad it can't have all those things at once. Again, it all comes down to personal preference.
