Where is our help or support or direct contact, I bought and xbox one specificly just to play destiny got the game the expansion pass and I go through all of these errors daily I even returned the video game before and bought it again a month later in the hopes that you would have it working appropriately. I work hard for my money and cant afford to just waste it on broken products thats like going out and paying for dinner just to not get your food and still be expected to pay. Your putting your reputation and future progress on the line by releasing a game that becomes more damaged daily and cant even give us a contact or support number for your next generation of game that seems like I spend more hours fixing errors then playing I bought a 200 dollar router for one error bought a aw edition xbox for max memory a 300 dollar set of turtle beach headphones the 300x's and literally even a new 65 inch to play it on ive been a fan since the retro days down to halo. And this is how you treat your customers. I am absolutely disappointed in this and the reputation you are giving your company name, and your customer support limited to reading walkthroughs that have a 35 percent success rate from what it appears on your forum below.
