Sometimes it works but most of the time the equip item option for items in my Vault is greyed out. Also, for a few seconds after you select an item in the app there are additional options like move to vault/inventory, but those will disappear quickly. Perhaps they're not really done working on it yet and it's a sign that it'll be a proper working feature in the near future.
