BADGER CGL or something (New DLC scout rifle)
It's awesome, 3 headshots and you're done.
Overpowers auto rifles, pulse rifles, and slow hand cannons.
Has good range, impact, and stability with a decent fire rate.

It's stats are almost like the Gheloens Demise, which is why I picked it up.

It packs a punch with every shot though. It wouldn't be that useful for someone who liked to rush forward, but for more conservative players it's a really good gun that can finish off enemies from a distance!

Yep. It was my first dlc legendary and I still live to use it, but its small mag size and low fire rate makes it almost useless in Crucible and the new raid.

I just think its rate of fire kills it, I feel like that and impact are the two most important factors in crucible. Personally, (even though I know it's not fair to compare the badger to an exotic) I prefer to use high rate of fire scout rifles in the crucible such as Vision of Confluence or Mida Multitool(sorry for using an exotic example it is just what I find myself using the most in crucible).

Yeah I know what you mean, the faster you kill them, the better thats why impact and rate of fire is important in the crucible. I guess I missed out on the mida multitool... I didnt buy it when it was on sale ):
