Fav PVE Weapon Perks?

Just want to get opinions on what perks you guys look for on your weapons for PVE and why you find them useful?

Red death's unique upgrade(kills start hp regeneration) Thorn's DoT Ruin wings' unique upgrade(lots of rockets goin off) Icebreaker(ultimate camping & cheessing weapon)

I rather like Shoot to Loot in PvE because I can have fun sniping on patrol without have to go run for ammo every few minutes.
