Which Exotic Special is the best?

Which exotic special weapon? Or Which exotic special perk? Icebreaker and Patience and Time are equal best special exotic. The pocket infinity perk with multiple blasts is the best exotic perk (especially when missed shots go back to your magazine).

It depends...in PvE I definitely chose IB...in PvP I think I'll chose PnT because I am more of a stealthy sniper
