Fallen: In Earth, go to the Rocket Yards. Near the back, there's a spot where Fallen spawn and you'll often find two majors. Occasionally you'll get a Servator, but killing them and running back and forth is a quick way to kill 10 of them.
Vex: On Venus, go to the Citadel. On that top platform, you should find two Minotaur Majors. To the right from there you can find three more Minotaurs and one is always a major from my experience. Going back and forth should get those kills for you fast.
Hive: On Earth, go left from the spawn and head down the steps into the underground area. You should find a small room with three Hive majors.

The area right before that is better, the one drop ship will drop off one every minute and the other will dtop one too just not as often and there is a yellow shank that pops up too sometimes with the group of 3.

Exactly this, but I'll also add for fallen- on Venus head right from spawn, go past the shore and into the next area with both vex and fallen. There will be a dreg major and sometimes a shank major right by where you enter the area, then over by the shore there will be a few fallen including at least one major and a couple if stealth vandals. Very easy, as I'm finding the two vandals in rocket yards just aren't spawning enough.

A fair point. But if you're doing other bounties like Patrol Cosmodrone or 3 kills on Hive with Special Weapons five times, the Rocket Yards is a great place to complete multiple bounties.

Yeah I seem to be spending all my time there or in warmind for the eris bounties! It's the best place for sword kills as there never seem to be as many other players in the same instance as in divide or skywatch. Venus is a nice change of place now!

If you want Sword kills you should play the Crota's Fist mission. Just speed past the enemies and you'll find a Sword of Crota being summoned by three Hive. Then leave and start again. If you're looking for the 15 kills with the sword, just past that there's a bunch of Hive you can kill for that bounty too. Also a good way to farm for Husk of the Pit.

I've done that over 50 times now. Only so many times I can hear the eris exposition before getting staby! At least in rocket yards I can do patrols too to rank up vanguard. I'm a little glad in away from destiny for two weeks for Christmas.... I may be going a little loopy!

I can see that. I got kinda lucky. I was working on the Kill the Sword Bearers bounty and got the Husk when I killed the third Knight. Considering that I tried for an hour the night before, I was happy.
