None of the exotics are rare or hard to find... Hell you can afk the crucible for the day and pull exotics. With that said it took 16 runs of the hard raid to get my Vex, 11 of those were before I even hit 30. Saying that the vault is easy now and the gun shouldn't be upgraded discredits any one who did the Vault at lower levels.
