As a guy with 35+ raid clears, the vex eluded me for sometime. It's the only pre DLC exotic I didn't have and then finally last week she dropped for me. It's not as if you can guarantee yourself one, so in a way it CAN BE difficult to get.

Yea it can be if rng is being a bitch to you I agree but so can the other raid weapons. Been trying to get fatebringer for some times now and can't get it to drop so bc of rng that one is much harder for me to obtain.
