When I find a handcannon with firefly and outlaw, Fatebringer will no longer be necessary. It will be outclassed by a new one, except the Arc bonus.

Sure, but as far as I am aware there is no such handcannon, and the chances of having one drop, with 12 shots or more, are astronomically small. The attack stat doesn't matter a massive amount due to damage caps and actual levels of enemies you are fighting. There will come a day when all vog gear is obsolete, but it has not come yet.
