Not able to play the game with different accounts on the XboxOne

Hi everyone, I'm a bit new here, I have several accounts on my XboxOne for all familie members I can play the game on one account but if i switch users I keep getting the message that I need to be connected to the online multiplayer inorder to play the game. What the hell does that mean? Is is it the connection to Xbox live? This is working now .... Is it the Bungie account? That's also done and working ( after yesterday's mayham). OR can this game only be played by one person at all times, then it's going defiantly back. Hope some one could help.
