Why? Rate of fire.
PaT has slightly more stability and invisibility (which doesn't matter because you must be zoomed in for invisibility, which means your sniper's scope can be seen), but these are negligible advantages. Assuming the same skill level, PR sniper vs PaT sniper will win a stand off approx 7/10 times IMO.

Incorrect. That would totally defeat the purpose of the perk. You cannot see the scope of P&T while ADS and invisible.

LOL... Yes... People CAN see the Lens Flash for P&T when even when you're invisible. That has been one of the chief complaints about P&T (and NLB) from the beginning.

OMG...Boy do I feel dumb. All of this time using P&T I had no idea. What a useless perk then. So disappointing. Sorry for the bad info and thanks for setting me straight.

It's still [i]kinda[/i] useful... if you're not aiming at them they can't see it. It offers you a [i]little[/i] more protection on your rear and flanks... especially with Third Eye.
