Hello players, I have found the perfect sniper and it doesn't cost a commendation. Unless your future war cult. Iron banner/PVE -so the sniper sights is the shortgaze10, eageleye, or ambush sight. The best perks are field scout/snapshot, but these perk will surpass. Unflinching, spray and play, surplus, skip rounds, explosive rounds, and light weight. This sniper should be a precise or marksman. Precise is for follow up shots, marksman is for for one shot. The only two kinds of the snipers are the final boss and the chosen. Crucible -All perks always matter but the presice wont matter because all damage is set to the base damage for new people. Out of the four categories precise and marksman have the least recoil. The base game snipers will work in level differences as long as your not two far back in levels. As far as the game goes there are 100% marksman snipers FYI.
