Convert disc to digital?
Is it possible to change my disc version of destiny to a digital copy??
Kids are taking the disc in and out. Matter of time until it breaks / gets lost. Plus want to play on vita when away and can't be there to physically put it in.

2 RepliesFor the game copy, see if you can return it to your retailer for a refund. Then, simply log onto your console and purchase it digitally. You don't have to worry about losing any progress already made in the game, as long as you use the same PSN/XBL account, your Guardians will still remain. As for the expansion pass, that will still remain, you don't have to repurchase a license for that.

I had this issue last year when I got my Xbox one. I called customer service and they basically informed me that the disc copy and digital copy have different licenses even though both are installed the same. You can't convert one license to the other. They came up with this structure after the backlash of having a digital only distribution proposal after the XBOX One reveal. Just a FYI for the future...
