Edited by Yajuu Omoi: 12/25/2014 9:34:33 PMLiterally. Ever spammed someone's phone so hard they couldn't call out because you were calling in too much? That's a DOS attack (denial of service) a DDOS just adds the distribution, meaning it's a wide attack, across multiple targets, not just one person.

Thanks for that explanation,id no idea what everyone was talking about!

No problem. Ironically, I don't there even was a DDOS attack today... Since every year around Christmas, servers crash because of the massive influx of n00bs.
-
Well there taking there time fixing it whatever happened!

Um... They're taking their... And Bungie has nothing to do with it. Nor can don't or Microsoft do much, they can track the false IPs, and disable the source, or wait it out. After that... Nothing.

Yeah. I even heard of some services that you have to pay for to access a network that you can DDOS with. It's been a while since I have read about it though, might be wrong.

I know they're out there. Don't know, don't care how to find them though.
