Depends on the mistake. I've had 2 people die to Supplicants during the first teleport and we 4-manned the rest of the fight. One Gjallarhorn, used to kill the Praetorian or large groups of Supplicants only. Just because so many people shit the bed when a mishap goes down and they have to adjust, doesn't mean everyone does.
