Tired of ppl using the disconnect exploit on crota
Just backed out of a game because sorry individuals feel a need to use the disconnect exploit. Tried beating crota twice but then 2 cry babies wanted to cheat their way to a win because of their inability to keep crotas shield down. It's a shame that people have to resort to cheating to make up for their lack of skill....not even skill just shoot crota seriously it's not that hard. But what do you expect when your a lvl 31 but your grimore score is in the 1800s. Pathetic. Play the game. Get better. Stop cheesing and cheating. Your not learning anything by cheating. 2 RepliesCouldn't find any group that didn't want to cheese it. I spent 2 days in lobbies on forums and in game. I don't plan on playing much until it's fixed and even then it won't be the same because everyone already beat it.

It's pretty easy to kill corta legit just takes time and communication but sometimes people don't have time, its faster to cheese him.

I've done it legit but it's faster to cheese. I can do it either way and wouldn't care either.

Allowing anyone to achieve 31 or even 30+ was a huge mistake. They immediately opened CE up to everyone when the reality is the overwhelming majority had no business playing it much less beating it. I don't get why anyone would need the dc glitch. Crota's not even hard, I've 2 manned it, 3 manned it, and now that I'm 32 will solo it. Why cheese when it can be soloed?

Who cares? Let them waste time. It's very hard to do that method, if they want to waste time doing that when they could have killed him already I say let them.

I did it once for the same reason I pushed atheon of and spent 5 minutes at the loot cave etc To say Yep I was there I did it. Actually gameplay I won't do it

There's also a cheese where a warlock dies next to crota after he picks up the sword then everyone brings him down to his knees and at 2 the warlock revives

The people that cheese are the people who want things handed to them. Why do it legit when it gets handed to you. All these people do is get Crota CP and cheese him and BOOM! Rewards in 2 min. Same thing with the bridge.

From a personal stand point I get a sense of accomplishment by beating the raid the right way. With that said that doesn't mean that I want never try the cheese method just to say I've done it. If someone goes out and spends 60.00 dollars on a game in the case of Destiny 95.00, if you purchased both dlcs you should be able to play it how you want to. It's not like it's putting you higher on a leaderboard than someone else. I've got close to 300 hours in this game which is more than some but probably a lot less than most and finally today I got the vex. Some folks just don't have as much time as others do to grind, grind, grind to try and get the best gear so if they wanna take short cuts let them. It's a video game and I don't think that the decisions that people make playing it are gonna make or break society.

1 ReplyThe raids are so glitchy to begin with. I beat the raid fair and square 3 times. The rest of my w's I cheesed. Could care less really. Maybe bungie should get better testers instead of using the community to test their content and then fix what we are doing that they don't like. While their at it they can fix all the glitches. Like not being able to pick up the sword or Crota regaining his shield and not dropping to his knee when you take his shield out. Mah stop being butt hurt and let ppl play it how they want.
