The word legendary implies it is EXTREMELY rare and unique. Meaning there is no other. So if it's so unique and rare, why does everyone have multiple legendaries?
Exotics on the other hand in some cases are so bad that it's extremely rare to see anyone using them. Bad juju anyone?
