Xur will sell shit this Friday
What with all the christmas noobs, Bungie doesn't want Xur to sell crazy good items to make the newbies feel left out because they won't have enough strange coins/be level 20. Don't wanna scare them away.

Ta da! I promised and Xur delivered. Couldn't have possibly been any shittier. Worst gun in the game, and not even an engram to try and get obsidian mind/heart of the praxic. And armamentarium? Cuz we all need that... No heavy ammo synth as well. And warlocks? Ready your anus for experiencing claws of ahamkara every week.

Let me put it this way, some of the stuff he sold the first 2 weeks Of the game was way out of budget, it happened anyway, if anything it will encourage newbies to grind to get the "good" exotics like voidfang vestments

The reason xur will sell garbage is because everyone expects it will be good due to Christmas. It's just so we can be let down and have our feelings hurt.

4 RepliesIF it wasn't RNG, which it is, Bungie would make sure all the new guys saw xur packed with all the best gear possible, even if they couldn't buy it, it would give them the idea that xur sells the top notch stuff and have them grinding like mad for the next xur visit believing that they will be getting the best gear as well.
