There not rare, if they where xur wouldn't be there. He is there so everyone can get exotics

Firstly it's *were not where. Second not everyone can get them from zur, you need strange coins which is a RARE material and before you say "no it's not you can get them from engrams/weekly/nightfall". They are rare because they are blue, blue=rare. zur only comes on weekends so once again, he is rare. You don't truly understand the concept. How many people have you seen with a ice breaker? Not many because it is rare same goes with weapons like hard light and even TLW.

Well, then I guess white engrams should still be dropping for me, they're about as rare as exotic engrams now.
