There was no edition called "Ultimate". Which edition exactly did you purchase, and where from?

I bought my digitally and it was around $80 i believe and it was suppose to give me access to the first two DLC's. But I don't even have access to the first DLC.

That's the Digital Guardian Edition. While it entitles you to the expansion pass, you still have to actually go download it. It doesn't download with the game

It tells me I need to pay $20 for the DLC. Isn't it suppose to allow me to download it since i technically already purchased the DLC through the Digital Guardian Edition?
