So does anybody else think that mulligan is the worst, most STUPID perk in the game?!
Don't get me wrong, the idea is great, especially on a sniper. If you miss, you have another chance right? Right, that sounds useful, especially when trying to snipe moving targets (Or teleporting ones... I'm talking to you pesky minotaurs). HOWEVER, mulligan only has a 5% chance of actually working?! THAT'S LIKE 1 IN 20 SHOTS! FOR A SNIPER, I DON'T EVEN HAVE 20 SHOTS IN RESERVE!
This perk had and has so much potential, but Bungie, what the heck did you do to it? A 5% chance? Essentially, this perk MAY activate once if I used all my ammo with a sniper, that's ridiculous! Mulligan should be at least a 75% chance to activate maybe even more. Think about it, the perk return to sender has a higher chance of activating and that requires a kill. So with return to sender, you could get a kill as well as more ammo. With mulligan, you have to miss, which shouldn't be happening in the first place, AND you have to win the lottery with a 1/20 chance! However if mulligan had a 75% chance or even a 100% chance, then on the off chance that you do miss your target, you get the shot back! It would be way more useful, and not OP at all. It wouldn't be OP because mulligan is a perk found primarily on scout rifles, handcannons, and snipers. All of these weapons have somewhat small magazines, so missing isn't ideal. Mulligan would fix this issue and actually become useful! As of now, mulligan feels like a complete waste of a perk that needs to be addressed. Am I right?
Share your thoughts on the mulligan perk and maybe some other underpowered or stupid perks that you know of. And bump/support if you think mulligan needs some attention.
