I'm just guessing, but I don't think the differences are statistically significant. Where did you get your data from? I could probably run a few stats analyses when I get back to school.
Also, I bet Bungie did run these numbers and probably found what I expect to find.
I think another way to look at the numbers would be to compare different classes that those same players use. For example, does Titan #36 have a similar KD with his alternate character? Do Hunters and Warlocks play the same amount of hours? What else could make a difference?
Lol sorry for being such a nerd

I'm not saying these are the average so statistically significant isn't an issue. I'm comparing like groups of top 100 players. And the difference between warlock and Titan is small enough to be noise, but the massive jump to hunter is, in no way, not significant.

Are they the average of the top 100 players? There are equations that determine the significance of numbers. You can't just look at it and say, "that difference matters." There's an exact science to it.

Yes I know, that happens to be my job... But thanks anyway! Love you!

So where/how did you get the data?

I mined it from the same feeds that destinydb, destinytracker, and such use. I wish I could get to their actual database and really run some analysis on the full data set, but that is just a dream.
