No, and i really hope not, because it will spawn people selling gear they don't want for real money to people who don't want to go through the trouble or work for the gear themselves. I can picture it now, someone who has never run the raid at 32 because he bought all of his gear.

As if buying level 31 and never doing a raid isn't just as bad, let alone the buyable gear being better than vault of glass raid gear -.-

yea, it is better, because at least i know that person didn't spend 20 bucks per piece of armor, they still have to get the rep/marks/commendations. Plus, i really don't care what gear people have. It makes the raids easier. I have full raid gear from vog, but right now i only have my chest equipped. Why? so i can reach 31 and make it easier on myself to do crotas end and the new nightfalls. As long as there arent kids running around with the best gear that they paid actual money for, i could care less what people use. Plus, not everybody likes pve. I love both personally, but i don't agree that you should have to do the raid to reach a level close to max. I really dont see what the big deal is about 31 gear anyway. You could reach 29 with no raid gear when the cap was 30. Now you can reach 31 with no raid gear where the cap is 32. Its still the same 1 light level difference.
