Time on Target
May this just be the best pulse rifle ever?
I just got one from vanguard rank up and its bonuses are shit, but it inspired me to check out the one the vendor sells.
OMG THOSE BONUSES! All of the bonuses boost damage. They're borderline exotic bonuses! Screw Badger CCL, I'm picking up Time on Target tomorrow!

Perks
1) Headseeker: body shots increase precision damage for a short time
2) Reactive Reload: reloading grants bonus damage for a short time
Also comes with high caliber rounds for more stagger effect or you can max out the stability bar.
A true possible PVP monster.

Got one from a drop too, I don't really like pulse rifles, but left this on my titan whilst farming ROC trying to level up. I've grown to like it.
